আবেদনকারীর পরিবারের নামে আগে থেকে কোনো পাকা বাড়ি থাকা চলবে না।
সুবিধাভোগীদের নাম অবশ্যই ২০১১ সালের সামাজিক-অর্থনৈতিক ও জাতিগত শুমারি (SECC) অনুযায়ী 'পার্মানেন্ট ওয়েটিং লিস্ট' (PWL)-এ থাকতে হবে।

The scheme ensures that beneficiaries receive support to construct a pucca house with a minimum floor area of 25 square meters.
Financial Benefits & Support:
Each beneficiary is entitled to financial assistance of Rs 1,30,000 per house, disbursed directly into their registered bank accounts in three installments:
First Installment: Rs 60,000
Second Installment: Rs 60,000
Third Installment: Rs 10,000
In addition to this, beneficiaries are eligible for wages for 95 unskilled man-days under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGA) to assist with construction-related labor.
Eligibility & Documents Required:
The applicant must be an Indian citizen and a resident of West Bengal.
The applicant must not already own a pucca house.
